Have you ever been driving somewhere and arrived at your destination, only to realize you do not remember the actual drive; or after bringing all your groceries into the kitchen, you asked yourself “did I lock the car?”

This is called automatic pilot mode; this is habitual state of mind that prevents us from being present in our actual lives and makes us miss out on all the beauty around us and in us . Mindfulness is the opposite of auto pilot mode. Mindfulness means paying attention intentionally to the present moment without judgment. Practising mindfulness helps us check in with ourselves so we can live everyday in a healthier, happier state of mind.

During this webinar you will learn several different mindfulness practises that can help you become more aware of your habitual thoughts, feeling, and bodily sensations so you can change the way you respond to stress.
