HEALTHCARE AND ESSENTIAL WORKER PROGRAMS
Health Care Professionals have multiple points of increased stress at this time when dealing with increased anxiety from both for themselves and their family.
Additionally, concerns about appropriately processing the issues they deal with, the loss of patients, and the issues about organizational support, all-cause increased mental health stress.
Programs designed to help support them at these times, in a confidential manner.
Many individuals who are doing jobs they never worried about before are now in the situation
where they worry (realistically) that just doing their
job puts them and their family at risk of getting COVID-19. Such essential workers include
many groups such as delivery drivers, cleaners, home care workers, and supermarket employees.
This course is specifically designed to help support them, give them specific and practical tools
to help them increase resiliency and manage anxiety, and also to better understand a few of the brain changes that cause these problems. Investing the time now, and learning these skills,
will better position essential workers to cope better in the high-stress environments they often find themselves in now.
